4 sets of 25 Medicine Ball push-ups
4 sets of 25 Medicine ball Overhead lunges
3 sets of 15 Medicine ball lateral hops(Jumping over the medicine ball)
4 sets of 25 Medicine ball sit-ups
4 sets of 25 Medicine ball Roman twists
Try to do the workout without putting the Medicine ball down.
