Man(or Woman) up!

Today's workout is a good one to shake up your normal workout routine. It goes like this:

15,14,13,12,11,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 of

Jumping Jacks
Push-ups
Weighted sit-ups

So it should look like this 15 jumping jacks, 15 push-ups and 15 weighted sit-ups and so on.
