International Chest And Tricep Day

Today's workout is all about the Chest and Triceps! It goes like this:

Barbell bench press medium grip 4 x 12
10 push-ups
Incline bench press 4 x 15
10 push-ups
Dumbbell flyes 3 x 12
10 push-ups
Skullcrushers 3 x 20
10 dips
Overhead dumbbell Tricep extension 4 x 12
10 dips
Close grip Bench press 4 till failure
10. Dips

Make sure you do a warmup set of at least 10 reps on the first exercise!!!!
